Alec joined Alvine Capital in 2012, with a focus on extending the reach into the Nordic investor market and enhancing the manager research. Alec has been active in developing Alvine Capital’s reach and network in the illiquid market on both the manager and the investor side.

Tom has had an extensive career in financial services. Prior to founding Alvine Capital he was Managing Director and Partner at Key Asset Management, Executive Vice President and European Head of Fixed Income Sales at BNP Paribas, Executive Director in the Fixed Income and Equity Departments of Lehman Brothers in London and Geneva, and started his career in the Fixed Income Department of Credit Suisse First Boston in London and New York. Thomas graduated from Boston University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Robert has held internships at b10 Venture Capital in Berlin and ACPI Investment Managers and Nomura Holdings in London. Since joining Alvine Capital, Rob has focused on growing Alvine Capital’s presence in the UK.
Robert graduated from the University of Bristol in June 2017.
Joseph joined Alvine Capital in February 2020 in order to provide support to client outreach and assist in investment manager identification and research. He has previously completed an internship with Scottish Widows Investment Partners.
Joe graduated from the University of Exeter with a Bsc in Physics in June 2019.
Stephen was the Director of Fixed Income Trading and Syndication at Credit Suisse, Founder of Zeliba Investments. Stephen graduated from Lincoln College Oxford.

Aarnout joined Alvine Capital in 2019. He started his career at JP Morgan, prior to Alvine Capital, he worked at iCollateral, a fin-tech company focusing on the securities lending market, as Managing Director and Head of Sales. Before that, Aarnout worked at AXA Investment Managers for 10 years, initially building the hedge fund business for the AXA Group and later advising large institutions on investing in a regulatory constrained environment. Before that Aarnout worked for CSFB/Credit Suisse/CSFP for 16 years in investment banking with roles in capital markets, asset finance and derivatives.
Aarnout graduated as a master of law from the university of Utrecht in the Netherlands.
Anna-Clara joined Alvine Capital in 2022 in order to grow the firm’s investor base within French and German speaking regions. She previously worked at Caisse d’Epargne in France and held internships at Saranac Partners in London and The Bank of France in Paris.
Anna-Clara graduated from King’s College London with a MSc in Finance in 2022 and from the Warwick Business School with a BA in Law & Business Studies in 2020. She also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
Oliver joined Alvine Capital in September 2023 with a focus on establishing the long-only arm of the business. He is currently leading the mandate with C-WorldWide Asset Management where he is focusing on distribution across the UK and Switzerland. Prior to this Oliver spent 2 years at Daymer Bay Capital where his primary focus was asset raising and investor relationships within the UK and Channel Islands. Oliver graduated the University of Manchester with a BA hons in PPE and hold the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
Charlotte has considerable experience in investment banking. Most resent she founded an Investor Relations- and communication firm, FIRM Advisory. Charlotte is former Head of Capital Introduction at SEB Enskilda with specific focus on raising assets for alternative fund strategies. Prior to this Charlotte worked in various trading functions at SEB, such as Arbitrage Trading, Special situations trading and Stock lending. Charlotte also has had client responsibilities for counterparts as banks, financial institutions, corporates, and Swedish municipalities.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Stockholm, BSc (Econ), Accounting and Financial Management.
Krupesh joined Alvine Capital in January 2024 as Head of Origination, focusing on investment manager origination and diligence. Prior to Alvine, he was the Head of Global Origination for MVision Private Equity Advisers. Before moving across to the placement agent side, Krupesh was a Portfolio Manager at Coal Pension Trustees Investment and previously was an Investment Analyst at Tesco Pension Investment and Just Group. He started his career in Investment Consulting with Aon.
Krupesh graduated from the University of Warwick in July 2014.
