Aoifinn Devitt

Aoifinn has worked with institutional clients for her entire investment career, which has spanned the US, Europe and  Asia. In April 2016, she assumed the role of CIO of the Chicago Policemen’s Annuity and Benefit Fund. From 2002 to 2006 she worked as a specialist consultant at Cambridge Associates Limited (London and Boston), where she specialised in the hedge fund area and worked with a range of institutional investors on their alternative allocations. In 2006, she established Clontarf Capital, a research and consulting firm with a particular focus on assisting public pension funds. She also developed a particular specialty in Asia-focused alternatives, developing and leading a product focused on that area, as well as in the tactical asset allocation and opportunistic credit areas. Previously, Aoifinn worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in London and as a corporate attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton (New York and Hong Kong).

Aoifinn graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a first-class degree in law and received a BCL (Oxon) and an MBA (INSEAD, Dean’s list).

Steven Georgala

Steven is former Managing Director of Maitland, who provides fiduciary-, legal-, fund- and investment services to private clients and institutions. He joined Maitland in Luxembourg in 1985 and in December 1996 he moved to the Paris office where he was based until 2009 when he moved to the London office. Prior to joining Maitland Steven was articled to Webber Wentzel, Johannesburg. Steven has 25 years’ experience in international tax planning and the structuring of international collective investment funds. Steven graduated from the University of Stellenbosch and University of Witwatersrand. He is also actively involved in advising international financial services groups on the location, establishment and regulation of holding companies and collective investment undertakings. Steven has been a partner in the firm since 1987. In 2006 he was appointed as the CEO of Maitland.

Emily Henry

Emily Henry is a seasoned private equity and financial services executive who has led capital raises aggregating more than $5 billion throughout her more than two-decade career as an investor, operator and fundraiser. She is currently Partner and Head of Investor Relations at BayPine LP, an upper middle market private equity firm focused on businesses with digital transformation potential. In this role, she is responsible for leading BayPine’s capital formation and investor relations efforts, serving as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors. Ms. Henry has been active in shaping the broader strategic direction of BayPine since joining the firm in 2020. As chair of BayPine’s ESG Committee, she helped develop the firm’s ESG framework and advocated for efforts aimed at advancing DEI at BayPine and in the private equity industry.

Previously, she was COO and Head of IR at Reservoir Capital, a New York-based alternative investment firm. Earlier in her career, Ms. Henry was a member of the Corporate Strategy team within Barclays (fka Lehman) Investment Management Division. Ms. Henry began her career at Merrill Lynch, where she was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division and a Principal in the Global Private Equity Group. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
