Tom has had an extensive career in financial services. Prior to founding Alvine Capital he was Managing Director and Partner at Key Asset Management, Executive Vice President and European Head of Fixed Income Sales at BNP Paribas, Executive Director in the Fixed Income and Equity Departments of Lehman Brothers in London and Geneva, and started his career in the Fixed Income Department of Credit Suisse First Boston in London and New York.

Thomas graduated from Boston University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
