Emily Henry is a seasoned private equity and financial services executive who has led capital raises aggregating more than $5 billion throughout her more than two-decade career as an investor, operator and fundraiser. She is currently Managing Director at Flexpoint Ford. Prior to that, she was a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at BayPine LP, an upper middle market private equity firm focused on businesses with digital transformation potential. In this role, she is responsible for leading BayPine’s capital formation and investor relations efforts, serving as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors. Ms. Henry has been active in shaping the broader strategic direction of BayPine since joining the firm in 2020. As chair of BayPine’s ESG Committee, she helped develop the firm’s ESG framework and advocated for efforts aimed at advancing DEI at BayPine and in the private equity industry.

Previously, she was COO and Head of IR at Reservoir Capital, a New York-based alternative investment firm. Earlier in her career, Ms. Henry was a member of the Corporate Strategy team within Barclays (fka Lehman) Investment Management Division. Ms. Henry began her career at Merrill Lynch, where she was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division and a Principal in the Global Private Equity Group. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
