Founded in 2015 by three former Deutsche Bank partners, SIGNAL is a London-based alternative investment management firm focused on European credit and real estate opportunities.

The firm was established with a clear view that parts of the European credit market were becoming undercapitalised and overlooked by larger global institutions, particularly smaller, bilateral and directly structured opportunities requiring specialist expertise.

Today, SIGNAL has grown from its founding strategy into an institutional platform spanning closed-ended flexible capital solutions, CLO management and SIGNAL Beacon, the firm’s opportunistic credit hedge fund. Beacon extends SIGNAL’s credit heritage into public corporate and securitized credit markets, focusing on dislocation-driven opportunities through a flexible approach across longer-term investment positions and shorter-term trading-oriented opportunities.
