Steven Georgala

Steven joined Maitland in Luxembourg in 1985.  In December 1996 he moved to the Paris office where he was based until 2009 when he moved to the London office. Prior to joining Maitland Steven was articled to Webber Wentzel, Johannesburg. Steven has 25 years' experience in international tax planning and the structuring of international collective investment funds. He is also actively involved in advising international financial services groups on the location, establishment and regulation of holding companies and collective investment undertakings. Steven has been a partner in the firm since 1987. In 2006 he was appointed as the CEO of Maitland.
